Returns & refunds

You can cancel your online order without giving a reason. Email finleydmurray@icloud.com within 14 days after receiving your goods, including your name and order number. For one order delivered in separate parcels, the window starts when you receive the last item.

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, send the items back within a further 14 days. You do not need to wait for permission to exercise your right to cancel.

You may try clothing on as you would in a shop. Please return items with their tags and original packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check an item's nature, characteristics and fit; missing packaging alone does not remove your cancellation rights.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of posting. Include your order number and send returns to:

We refund to your original payment method without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We do not charge a refund fee.

If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit your statutory rights. Faulty goods normally carry a 30-day short-term right to reject, and other remedies may remain available after that.

We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items. Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate return and remedy.

If you need a different size, email us to check availability. Your right to cancel and obtain a refund is unaffected.
