Shipping & delivery

We send orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is expected to take approximately 2 days once your order has been dispatched. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and does not include the time needed to prepare your order.

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Shipping costs £3.65 per order. The delivery charge and order total are shown at checkout before you pay.

You may add your email address at checkout for order and tracking updates. It is optional, but tracking details can only be emailed to you after dispatch when the tracking number is added to your order.

All orders are sent within 2 days of being placed. Delivery is expected to take approximately 2 days after dispatch. Your dispatch confirmation will include tracking details when available. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

If tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived when expected, email finleydmurray@icloud.com with your order number. We will investigate with Royal Mail and help resolve the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected by carrier delays.

Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. Please contact us if delivery is overdue.

Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. We remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive them.
