Prices are displayed in GBP. The total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before payment. Product availability and available sizes are shown on each product page. Photographs aim to represent each item accurately, but screen settings can affect how colours appear.

If we identify an error in price or availability after you order, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the choice of confirming the corrected order or cancelling for a refund. We will not charge extra without your agreement.

Payment is handled securely through Shopify checkout using the methods offered there. Please check your order and contact details before paying. An acknowledgement confirms we received your order; acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for it.

You have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel an online order and a further 14 days to return it. This does not limit your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of responsibility for delivery or service failures.

Our Privacy policy explains how we use customer information. VEILLE branding, photographs and website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without the rights holder's permission.

Please email us first if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your local courts remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms apply to future orders only; the version in effect when you placed your order applies to that purchase.
